“Perfect People” - courtship.

Hate meeting new people? Tired of trying to live up to the expectations of society? Then you’ll love the message of and lyrics to “Perfect People”. The Los Angeles duo's new single is yet another summer anthem. Synth-driven melodies blended with organic musical texture creates the catchy, carefree vibe. “Perfect People” is about self acceptance and encourages the glorification of our differences. Making it a great tune to blast as you dance and celebrate LGBTQ month!

“Golden Dandelions” - Barns Courtney

Golden Dandelions is a tale of love turned dark. English singer/song-writer Barns Courtney is beginning to make waves in America. Courtney has attracted attention from his recent performances at Governor's Ball and BottleRock festivals earlier this year. Empathic and empowering, the new single is yet another alt-rock anthem that radiates energy from Courtney

“Whole Wide World” - Cage The Elephant

In 2017, Cage The Elephant took their Live and Unpeeled, The Acoustic Tour, across the United States. The band added a string quartet and performed new arrangements of their classic songs, creating a rare stripped down concert experience. These concerts were recorded and will be put together to form the band’s newest album “Unpeeled”. In addition to their songs, Cage The Elephant will release three (3) cover songs. The first track to be released on the album is their cover of English rock/new wave singer-songwriter Wreckless Eric’s 1977 single “Whole Wide World”. In this song, you can hear that the stripped down setting did nothing to stifle the band’s energetic sound, though it makes the band appear more vulnerable which makes these songs more compelling.

“Tidal Wave” - Portugal. The Man

Horns, chanting, and blended synths - oh my! “Tidal Wave” is fresh off Portugal. The Man’s ninth album Woodstock. Tracks like this showcase the diversity and creativity that the band is capable of. With a foggy, mellow indie vibe “Tidal Wave” has just enough instruments to create an easy going platform to carry smooth vocals. This song is great to throw on for bonfires or chill evening adventures with friends!

“Bike Dream” - Rostam

After announcing his departure from Vampire Weekend, Rostam Batmanglij, known by the stage name ROSTAM, has worked with different artists throughout this past year including HAIM, Frank Ocean, and former lead vocalist of The Walkmen, Hamilton Leithauser. His new single is a fuzzy cut of indie electronic sounds paired beautifully with his distinct lyricism and singing style. “Bike Dream” will be featured on his first solo album titled Half Light out for your listening pleasure on September 8th.

“Take Your Time” - Absolute Zeros
